Data Deletion Instructions

G² Digital provides advertising, analytics, and reporting services for business clients. Our systems read advertising performance data from platforms such as Meta and Google on behalf of those clients.

If you filled in a lead form or contact form for one of our clients, including a lead form in a Facebook or Instagram ad, we may hold the details you submitted: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the form. If you sent a message to one of our clients on Facebook or Instagram, we may also hold that message. We do not offer Facebook Login, and we do not ask anyone to sign in to our systems with a Facebook account.

How to request data deletion

If you believe that G² Digital has accessed or stored data associated with you and would like to request its deletion, please contact us using the method below:

Please include:

• Your name
• The email address or phone number you used, or the name on the account you messaged from
• The business you contacted or the ad you responded to
• A brief description of the request

Once we have verified the request, we will delete the information from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email, unless the law requires us to keep it. The business you contacted may hold its own copy, which we do not control. We will forward your request to them so they can act on it too.
